The second international Caribbean Food and Drink conference, a collaboration with Nigerian based Compass Global Business Services is returning to London on Monday 19th November 2018. The conference will be the final day of a five day (14th to 19th November) African and Caribbean trade mission, social and cultural exposition and African and Caribbean lecture at the House of Commons. 

Drinks expert Peter Holland who has tremendous experience serving Caribbean drinks will be performing a mixology treat and providing tastings. He will do this alongside Chef Hasan De Four from Trinidad and Tobago who will do a food demo and tastings.
